The A2 Jazz Fest team invites you to join us for a festival workshop featuring Indiana University Prof. Sean Dobbins and Wayne State University Prof. Vincent Chandler held on Sunday, October 6th from 12pm to 2pm at the Kerrytown Concerthouse. This workshop is designed for ensembles that range from trio to nonet. Participants will get the opportunity to perform their repertoire and receive valuable insights from professors Dobbins & Chandler.

Instruction will be based on but not be limited to improvisation, group interaction, dynamics, and historical content. Following the instruction, participants are encouraged to join in an interactive jam session. This workshop is also based on jazz pedagogy so we encourage jazz educators to attend as well!
