-Stracciatella alla romana (Roman egg drop soup)
-Spaghetti alla carbonra with American bacon, slow roasted pork belly, poached egg, doenjang and parmiggiano reggiano
-Pollo alla Romana (braised chicken in tomatoes, peppers, and gochujang)

We're turning TWO this year and Zingerman's Bakehouse has made us a beautiful birthday cake to share with all of you. There will be dinner and drink specials, and of course, DJ Aaron Batzdorfer will be back to spin some records so we can really party the night away!
