It is as if Spring produce in Michigan can hardly wait for the snow to disappear so they can be enjoyed. Chef Nikolas has found some great recipe combinations to celebrate the season.

Cost is $55 per person and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited. Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class. All class seats are nonrefundable, much like a sporting event or theater ticket. If canceling is necessary and given two days in advance, we will issue you a store credit for product or toward another class. Please note: we require a 6-day advance notice for rescheduling groups larger than four people.
