Doodles Academy instructor, Cassie Stewart, will use the history of fairy tales and fun art games to inspire fantastical multi-media collages! In the “Enchanted Lands” workshop you will learn about compositional elements as you create a magical setting that could host fairy tales! Come ready to play, learn, and design. You are invited to come play the “Make-a-Fairytale” game where you will identify fantastical settings, magical characters, and other mystical elements that will make up your “Enchanted Lands” collage. Learn how artists create depth and space in their work by layering and arranging your collage. Add characters and magical elements from games or your imagination to bring your fantasy world to life!
The materials will be provided by Doodles Academy. However, you’re welcome to bring any collaging supplies from home to make your fairy tale setting totally unique.
