In this Chocolate 201 class, Jennie will take you on a delicious journey of all our favorite Hot Cocoa from Around the World. Drinking chocolates are some of the oldest forms of chocolate, originating in Central America. We’ll taste through some of our favorite drinking chocolates and cocoa’s and talk about the different styles, how to prepare them, and some of our favorite serving suggestions and additions. You will want hot water and warm milk (dairy or alt) available for this tasting – we’ll be making them together as we taste!
