We love a good cookbook just as much as we love good ingredients for cooking.  There’s magic in each and every experience with the book–we learn the stories behind the authors or the food, learn new techniques and drool over the gorgeous photos.  We are excited to bring you another installment in our series: Cook the Books with the Deli hosted by Deli Specialty Foods staffer and epicurious bibliophile Darrell Jackson.  Think of it as part cooking demo and part cookbook discussion group all wrapped up in a one-hour virtual package of fun and learning!

In this event we’ll be featuring Turkey and the Wolf: Flavor Trippin’ in New Orleans by Mason Hereford, a New York Times bestseller with more than 95 recipes and Power-Ups featuring chef Mason Hereford’s irreverent take on Southern food, from his awarding-winning New Orleans restaurant Turkey and the Wolf.
