For its 29th season, the Great Lakes Chamber Music Festival has drawn inspiration from a universal source: nature. Join us for Music, Nature and the Nature of Music as we celebrate the rich music directly inspired by the natural world, and explore the interconnectedness of art and the environment. The program will feature Schumann’s Waldszenen (Forest Scenes), Op.82; Schuloff’s Five Pieces for String Quartet; and Dvořák’s Piano Quintet No. 2 in A major, Op. 81, B.155.

Kerrytown District retail businesses and restaurants stay open late on this evening as they participate in the festivities.
