Group Cooking Class - Ann Arbor

Type of Class: You can choose:

  • Demonstration (Watch, Learn, Enjoy) $354 for up to 6. (additional seats can be purchased)

  • Interactive (A Hands-on Experience) $395 for up to 5. (additional seats can be purchased)

We encourage you to reserve a class and sign up with people you are comfortable to be around and enjoy a class together.

Because this is a private group event, you can select which menu you wish to enjoy.  Please choose one of the following menus for your class:

PLANT-BASED POWER: Whether you consider yourself a “Flexitarian” or full “Vegan” or somewhere in between, you’ll gain the knowledge to give a plant-based update an old favorite recipe or dive into altogether new recipes. Class Menus (pick one): 

  • Appetizers class: Carrot Hummus and Pesto Yogurt Dip with roasted veggies; Sweet Potato Chickpea cakes with Green Goddess Dressing

  • Main course class: Veggie burger sliders and toppings; Pizza with Spaghetti Squash crust; “Cheesy” Mac and Cheese

  • Dessert class: Non-dairy ice cream with a sampling of vinegars; Apple and Date Coffee Cake; Chocolate Pudding

BUILD A BOWL: Learn the fundamentals of intentionally building nutrient-dense power bowls, empowering you to utilize this convenient way to boost your vitality every day. Class Menus (choose one):

  • Buddha Bowl (vegetarian) Quinoa, roasted veggies and three sauces

  • Green Bowl (Seafood, chicken or Vegetarian) Brown rice, green vegetables, 3 green sauces (Goddess, Verde, Miso)

  • Burrito Bowl (Pork, Chicken or Vegetarian) Brown rice, quick cabbage slaw, garlicky guacamole, Cashew-lime sauce, shredded saboroso slow cooker pork shoulder or chicken

SHEET PAN WONDERS: Recipes easy enough for busy weeknights, and special enough to serve guests. Class Menu: (choose one)

  • Cashew Chicken with Roasted Veggies and Rice

  • Bourbon Salmon with Roasted sweet potato and easy slaw

  • Cumin scented shrimp and broccoli and carrots with noodles

  • Mexican street corn and chicken tacos
