Right? She's also the author of soon-to-be three cookbooks, has been featured on several radio and TV shows, and used to be a movie producer!
Following Sonoko's demo, during which we'll pass around a variety of appetizers, Chef Ji Hye Kim will serve up a plated 4-course dinner featuring .... you guessed it ... Sonoko's Soba noodles!
