During this two-hour workshop, Chef Ji Hye Kim of Miss Kim will teach participants 3 easy ways to preserve winter vegetables! This will be a hands-on class; everyone will be making and tasting each dish along with the perfect Blom Meadworks pairing!
Every participant will take home recipe cards including a master brine recipe for quick pickles, finished sauce to easily start your own quick kimchi at home, and ready-to-eat Koryo carrot salad. We encourage everyone to bring their own containers to take home the sauce + carrot salad, but we will also have jars for sale on site for $5.
