Acetaia San Giacomo is a place strongly rooted in territory. The casks and daily work are housed in the Corte Faragosa, a farmhouse in the Emilia countryside of Italy that dates back to the mid-1500s. Our kitchen has created an inspired menu of small plates to enjoy while we have a conversation with Acetaia San Giacomo owner Andrea Bezzecchi! Our event host and Andrea will talk through the whole process from vine to bottle and explain sets their vinegars apart from the rest!
