We think Patagonia Provisions makes an excellent addition to the shelves of tinned fish we have at the Deli and we want you to be as excited about adding it to your cooking repetoire as we are! In this Meet the Maker event, Deli Co-Managing Partner Grace Singleton will be joined by Patagonia Provisions’ Danny Watts to talk about their seafood products–where they come from, how they are processed, and why they love eating them. But wait, that’s not all! For an additional $20 per person, you can enjoy a seafood dinner while tuning in to the conversation. Our own Deli Chef Bill Wallo has been inspired by these products, and will be making 2 appetizers, a salad and an entree–each featuring a different fish or shellfish from Patagonia Provisions. The food will come prepared, with easy assembly or reheat instructions for you.
