In celebration of Rosh Hashanah, please join us for a virtual apples and honey tasting. We will be talking with honey experts Joel from Ona Mission Farms and Dave from Local Buzz on an exploration of honey. We’ll taste through Ona Mission and Local Buzz’s honeys as well as an assortment of other single varietal honeys sourced by the Deli from around the world. Take the time to learn about honey’s role in the Jewish holiday of Rosh Hashanah and to find a new favorite! We’ll also be tasting local apples from the Ann Arbor Farmers Market and holiday challah from Zingerman’s Bakehouse.
