IMPORTANT TIPS FOR OUR VENDORS
Set up begins and 2 pm.
Electricity is available in the majority of the stalls. There is a place on the application to indicate if electricity is essential for your setup.
Stalls are approximately 8’ wide by 5’ deep. 4’, 6’ and 8’ tables are recommended. The area is covered so you will not need a tent.
Due to the festive nature of this event, some stalls in the central location are near fire pits (smoke, ash). Take this into consideration when requesting your stall.
Stalls with parking are extremely limited. There will be an additional fee for vendors requiring parking of $25.00 (one per vendor; first come first serve; waitlist if you require two). Parking for vendors will be either on Detroit St (very near the market) or behind stalls 6-18.
It is strongly encouraged you park at the Ann & Ashley parking structure (located less than two blocks from the market). The earlier you arrive, the easier it will be to park. The DDA website also have several parking lots identified in our area.
Vendors are responsible for their own setup and tear- down, including providing tables, chairs, auxiliary lights, etc.
Decorating your stall is highly encouraged.
